SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

Cahill Heating, Cooling, Electric, Plumbing & Sewer (“Cahill”) offers recurring SMS and MMS messaging programs for customers who expressly consent to receive text messages from us.

Types of Messages

Depending on the program for which you enroll, messages may include:

  • Promotional offers, seasonal specials, discounts, and marketing messages
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and technician arrival notifications
  • Estimates, service recommendations, maintenance reminders, and follow-up communications
  • Customer service messages and responses to your requests or inquiries
  • Important account, service, or operational notifications

Consent to Receive Marketing Messages

By affirmatively opting in to receive marketing text messages, you authorize Cahill to send recurring marketing and promotional SMS or MMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Cahill.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Cahill and the messaging programs for which you enroll. Marketing subscribers may generally receive approximately 5–10 messages per month. Additional transactional or service-related messages may be sent in connection with appointments, estimates, projects, service requests, or customer-support conversations.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from Cahill.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program unless you provide consent again. Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent Cahill from sending messages that are necessary to respond to a new request that you initiate or otherwise permitted by law.
